Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped unless the product description states that item is a "pre-order". Pre-order items may take 2-5 weeks to arrive. 

You will receive a confirmation email stating your order has been received, along with an additional email providing the tracking information when your order has been successfully shipped out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside of US)

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the customers order to be shipped.

We also offer Express shipping if necessary. 

Please be sure your shipping address and information is correct. We do not accept refunds on orders that failed to arrive due to an incorrect address, or failure to pay international custom fees if applicable.
